Oscar Robertson Solutions LLC (ORS) Receives Supplier Excellence Award From PSEG

(NJ/PA) Oscar Robertson, President / Chief Executive Officer of Oscar Robertson Solutions received a Supplier Excellence Award from Alfred C. Koeppe, President, PSEG. The award was given today at the company’s 2001 Corporate Recognition Celebration in Edison, NJ for outstanding vendor services to PSEG.

Oscar Robertson Solutions LLC (ORS), www.orsolutions.com, a minority owned supplier, has successfully provided complete document management services to PSEG since 1999. Through a five year PSEG-wide contract, PSEG receives quality services that include: Xerox copier equipment and supplies, maintenance and service.

“The best suppliers know our business, recognize our needs before we do, and offer innovative solutions. This certainly describes ORS, the recipient of this year’s Supplier Diversity Award,” Koeppe stated. “Everybody knows what can happen when the copy machine isn’t working. This technology has become an indispensable part of our work,” said Koeppe.

ORS was awarded the contract by offering cutting edge solutions, significant cost savings, firm uniform pricing, service guarantees, account summary billing and flexible equipment placement. ORS and PSEG significantly streamlined the billing and invoice process, eliminating hundreds of invoices on a monthly basis. In the first year of full implementation, PSEG realized an actual savings of $1.2 million.

ORS has installed and services over 420 state of the art copier machines in almost all of PSEG’s locations in New Jersey, New York and Washington, DC.
